How does Mindy shop?
Mindy chooses the items, matches substitutions and fills your Walmart cart. You review the cart, choose pickup or delivery, and check out yourself on Walmart.com.
What does the $19/month cover?
Everything Mindy does for you: meal planning, list building, shopping, substitutions and remembering your preferences. The only other cost is the groceries, which you pay Walmart directly.
Does Mindy handle my payment or Walmart login?
No. Mindy only prepares your cart. You approve every meal, review every item and check out on Walmart.com yourself, so she never sees or touches your payment.
How does the free week work?
You add a card when the 7-day trial starts, but you pay nothing today. Your first charge happens only if you stay past the free week. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel?
Anytime — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. Email us from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
Something I wanted was out of stock. What now?
Mindy picks a substitute she thinks you'll like, based on what she knows about you. You can swap it for something else before you check out.

Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts. The app keeps a random ID on your device to track your free rounds, purchased rounds and Party Pass.
How do rounds and the Party Pass work?
Each game uses a round. You get free rounds to try it, and after that you can buy more rounds or a Party Pass in the app. The purchase screen always shows the current options and prices.
I got a new phone or reinstalled the app and my rounds are gone.
Your rounds are tied to the app on your device. Email us with the order ID from your Apple or Google receipt and we'll help you sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refund requests go through them. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us with your order ID and we'll look into it.
A routine was offensive or over the line.
We're sorry. Tap the report button on the routine and pick a reason. We review every report. Turning on Family Mode keeps routines tamer.
Why does the app ask for the microphone?
It powers the laugh meter, which measures how loud the room is while someone performs. The audio is processed on your device and never uploaded. You can say no and still play without the laugh meter.
Who is Go Stand Up for?
People 16 and older. Family Mode keeps content tamer for mixed company.
How do I delete my data?
Player names, topics and routines are deleted from our servers automatically after 30 days. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For anything else, email us with the order ID from your Apple or Google receipt.
